OWU OMA UMUOKA AMAKOHIA-UBI UMUNWOHA OWERRI-WEST LGA IMO STATE CULTURE/FESTIVAL REFORMATION 2024! The Okorosha Owu Oma Culture Reformation is a significant event in the cultural calendar of the people of Umuoka, also known as Okacity or small London. This vibrant town is located in the Amakohia-Ubi Autonomous Community, Umunwoha, Owerri-West LGA, Imo State. The event is scheduled to take place on the 28th of December 2024, at the Ama Umuoka village square center.  The Okorosha Owu Oma Culture Reformation is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage of the people of Umuoka. It is a time when the community comes together to honor their traditions, customs, and values. The event is marked by a series of activities that showcase the unique culture of the people. (Umu Okacity Town) It is obvious and officially that Amakohia-Ubi entirely has two different types of culture, in which the celebrate once in a year. 1. Okoroshi (Owu Oma) 2. Okorosha (Owu Oma)  TAKE IT!! (1). The Okoroshi Owu Oma Festival, normally celebrate every June - July in every year. The Owu Oma Festival is being participating by three village in Amakohia-Ubi, which includes Obiokwu Umunjam & Umuike. They celebrated thier culture in their own way according to the rules and regulations of their traditions.. (2).
